Mission.
Good Elephant Co. offers yoga, meditation, art and cooking classes as a tech startup based in Denver, Colorado. By offering classes online (and in-person pre-COVID), Good Elephant sought out CK Collective to help usher in a strategic new sales perspective through business strategy sessions in 2020. They wanted to know more growth strategies, how to target the right audiences and grow both of their member sign-ups and teacher sign-ups.
Intel.
Good Elephant already had an existing app and about 2,000 members with nearly 200 teachers teaching online with a ‘Pay what you can’ service from members joining various online classes. Needed a growth strategy, Good Elephant team members knew they needed to prioritize what they were working on and needed a strategy about who to target next, when and how to reach potential new audiences.
Tactics.
Working with Good Elephant, CK Collective recommended a few user interface redesigns, and put forth a growth plan and execution strategy to reach into new target markets. By refocusing and prioritizing the largest and nearest audiences, Good Elephant came away with a strategic vision and plan to acquire new clients in their target cities of Sacramento, Reno and Denver.
Outcome.
Good Elephant is currently in its growth stage with its app. They have received funding for their tech startup and acquiring new users and teachers by the day. With their CEO Allie working diligently on growing her company out of Green Spaces Co-working in Denver, Colorado, Good Elephant is primed for success and is gaining tons of traction in news outlets such as 303 Magazine, VoyageDenver, Nevada Appeal, ColoradoInno, The Iron CEO and more.
