Business Process Optimization - Strategy Coaching

Mission.

Green Spaces is a collaborative coworking space in Denver & Winter Park, Colorado. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Green Spaces approached CK Collective to help bolster an engaging sales and marketing plan to encourage people working from home to come to a coworking space. After losing nearly 90% of its members when the pandemic hit, Green Spaces faced several hurdles in order to entice workers to come back to a safe, collaborative, coworking environment.

Intel.

Facing an unprecedented pandemic in the first half of 2020, Green Spaces knew cleanliness and safety within the coworking space had to be paramount. Bottomless coffee and tea wouldn’t be enough to encourage everyone to come back to the space, to creating a more welcoming environment that focused on helping growth minded entrepreneurs to build purpose driven companies quickly became the mission.

Tactics.

In order to accomplish the goals of getting more people back into both Green Spaces locations, CK Collective put together a targeted sales and marketing plan that focused on the safety and inclusion of all co-working members. By targeting apartment building and creating offers for new members, as well as sales incentives for Green Spaces employees, GS was able to sell back the 90% it lost previously in the year and create a ‘Start-Up September’ month to encourage new entrepreneurs to try out the space, as well.

Outcome.

By focusing on creating a safe, stable, and thriving community for entrepreneurs, Green Spaces was one of the co-working spaces that quickly gained back the following it lost during the pandemic and then some. Green Spaces employees were given an incentive plan created by CK Collective, a 1% For the Planet deal was struck, the building went through several upgrades (including the exterior art) as suggested by CK Collective, and a new Start-Up September was born out of the business process engagement GS had with CKC. Arguably, Green Spaces is now in a much better position than it was previous to the global COVID-19 pandemic and is a thriving co-working space in the RiNo area of Denver, Colorado.
