The O2 Daily Breathwork
I’ve been doing breathwork for a while now, and it’s been astonishingly cool. I found a group, O2 Awakening, and just started one of their courses. It’s been an incredible ride and I’m really enjoying it so far. Part of their mantra is that by connecting more deeply to your breath, you are connecting to your intuition and able to calm yourself, ease prrerssuer in your body, forgive others and find inner peace by letting go.
Now, this is nothing new, this kind of program and focusing on your breath has been spoken about for hundreds of years, but I am a big believe in this now, having done it for several days and watching their online video courses.
