I recently launched my CMO for Hire product where I teach businesses, companies, and entrepreneurs to think for themselves. After launching my own retainer option for businesses and brands, and also the ‘BPO’ or 'Business Process Optimization’ aspect of things, I wanted to have a tertiary option for several clients that have approached me and are looking for more of an Ad Hoc type service.
One of the best things that I do is teach other people and businesses how to think from a strategic marketing perspective. It’s actually not hard to do, but it is a mindset. When you start cultivating the right habits, the right mindset, you begin to think and grow towards the endeavors you want for your business. Part of this comes from detachment. Unf*cking yourself is paramount in order to make big strides in your work.
